DESCRIPTION

Bunkhouse condominiums consists of nine two-story buildings and a clubhouse. WestCorp was hired to do a complete exterior remediation; the scope included new roofs, exterior sheathing, Hardie siding, windows, elastomeric deck coatings, and powder-coated aluminum railings. The original project schedule was 12 months.

Six weeks after the start of this project, we were abruptly interrupted by COVID-19. WestCorp’s team worked with the local governing municipalities to get the project deemed essential. The pandemic brought many challenges and restrictions which we embraced and followed diligently, and we were still able to finish this project three full months ahead of schedule.
